A supplement brand publishing what it is not allowed to sell
Nobody in the sector benefits from publishing this list. We publish the 27 withheld products, the reason for each and the text requiring it — and we explicitly separate regulatory bans from mere supply constraints, because conflating them would inflate the figure from 27 to 105.
See the data →The claim applies to the nutrient, not to its form
The EU register authorises “magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness”. It authorises nothing about bisglycinate specifically. That holds for almost every formulation argument on the shelf, and our Journal takes it apart molecule by molecule.
Read the Journal →An algorithm that refuses the sale rather than shipping a diminished box
If declared exclusions — allergens, diet, pregnancy, medication — leave too few compliant products to reach the tier minimum, the order is blocked. It is a rare case, and the one that says most about how the product is built.
The method →No health sentence is written by the brand
The 63 claims shown on the site are taken word for word from the EU register, via a frozen table. An active with no authorised claim is presented with none — never with softened wording. The compliance gate rejects any product carrying text absent from that table.
How to read a label →Margin structure, acquisition cost and break-even. These are modelled and available on reasoned request — investor, due diligence — but a press room is read by competitors as much as by journalists.
No medical review is claimed to date. Our health content relies solely on the EU register and cited regulatory texts; we will not advertise professional endorsement until an identified practitioner has genuinely reviewed it.
