Updated June 9, 2026

Terms of Sale

These terms govern the sale of Protokol subscriptions and products. By ordering, you accept them.

Tacit renewal clause

Your subscription renews automatically. We notify you at least 15 days before each renewal (Belgian law 2026). You can cancel or pause anytime, free of charge, in 2 clicks from your account.

1. Seller

PROTOKOL SRL (en cours de constitution), Belgique. Contact: hello@protokol.care. Registered food-chain operator with the AFSCA; each supplement is notified to the Belgian FPS Health.

2. Products & claims

Protokol offers food supplements, cosmetics and devices, by monthly or annual subscription and as one-off purchases.

Health claims shown are strictly those authorised by the EU register (EFSA), reproduced faithfully. Supplements do not replace a varied, balanced diet. Products are for adults only (18+).

3. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never store card data.

4. Subscription & tacit renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically. In line with Belgian law (2026 reform), we notify you at least 15 days before each renewal. You can cancel or pause anytime from your account, free of charge, with at most one month’s notice after the first renewal.

5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase, without justification, via the withdrawal button or by writing to us.

Exception (hygiene/health): sealed food supplements and cosmetics, once unsealed after delivery, cannot be returned and are excluded from the right of withdrawal. You are clearly informed before purchase. Unsealed, unused devices remain withdrawable.

6. Guarantees

2-year legal guarantee of conformity on goods (devices). 30-day satisfaction guarantee on the subscription experience (excluding refunds of unsealed supplements, see point 5).

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, you may use the EU online dispute resolution platform or relevant mediation services.
