Protokol offers food supplements, cosmetics and devices, by monthly or annual subscription and as one-off purchases.

Health claims shown are strictly those authorised by the EU register (EFSA), reproduced faithfully. Supplements do not replace a varied, balanced diet. Products are for adults only (18+).

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never store card data.

Subscriptions come in three durations: monthly, quarterly (3 boxes) and annual (12 boxes for 10 monthly payments). The quarterly and annual plans are PAID UPFRONT: the full amount is charged at sign-up, and the corresponding boxes ship one a month across the period.

On the monthly plan, the first box has a reduced entry price, stated on the payment page before you order. It applies ONCE, to the first invoice; the following boxes are billed at the tier’s full price, also stated before you order.

Subscriptions renew automatically by automatic charge on the saved payment method, with no further validation from you. In line with Belgian law (2026 reform), we notify you at least 15 days before each renewal.

You can stop the renewal at any time, in 2 clicks from your account, free of charge and without justification. Stopping ends the upcoming renewal: the period already paid runs to its end and keeps shipping in full. It is not refunded pro rata, because you purchased a set number of boxes and those boxes are delivered to you. After the first renewal, the law provides for at most one month’s notice.

Your rate is locked: a price-list increase does not apply to an active subscription. It only concerns new sign-ups and later renewals, of which you are notified at least 15 days in advance.

None of the above restricts your 14-day right of withdrawal, described below, which remains intact including on a prepaid subscription.

You have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase, without justification, via the withdrawal button or by writing to us.

Exception (hygiene/health): sealed food supplements and cosmetics, once unsealed after delivery, cannot be returned and are excluded from the right of withdrawal. You are clearly informed before purchase. Unsealed, unused devices remain withdrawable.

2-year legal guarantee of conformity on goods (devices). 30-day satisfaction guarantee on the subscription experience (excluding refunds of unsealed supplements, see point 5).

These terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, you may use the EU online dispute resolution platform or relevant mediation services.
